Bruno Car Wash (“we”, “us”) is a mobile car wash and detailing business based in Orlando, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through brunoscarwash.com and what we do with it.

When you send a booking request, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, optional email address, the vehicle, its location, your preferred date and time, and any notes. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and carry out the service, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts and files are served from our own domain.

Service providers

Our website and form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc., and our email by Google Workspace. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details only as long as we need them to serve you and to keep basic business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
